Appointment Policy
We are pleased to welcome new patients as well as previous patients of The Sunrise Veterinary Clinic that was formerly housed in our location.
To allow our team to provide you and your pet with the highest level of service, we operate primarily by appointment. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each patient on time. We do accept emergency cases throughout the day. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority so an occasional appointment delay may become necessary.
If for any reason you will be late, or cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call. We will make every attempt to work with you in rescheduling for the earliest convenient time for you.
For your pet’s safety, we request that all animals be on a leash, held in arms, or contained in an appropriate carrier.
Payment Policy
At BayView Animal Hospital we strive to provide the best veterinary care possible for our patients. We make every attempt to maintain reasonable fees without sacrificing our level of veterinary care.
Payment is required in full at the time of service. We do offer the following payment options for your convenience:

- Mastercard, Visa, Discover
- Care Credit – Care Credit is a no-interest revolving payment plan. Please visit carecredit.com for more information or to apply. You may also call our office to speak to one of our team about Care Credit.
You will receive an itemized invoice after each visit. We can provide itemized estimates for all proposed procedures and treatments. We always encourage discussion of financial concerns prior to procedures and treatments. If your pet requires hospitalization, we reserve the right to require a deposit at the time of admission with the balance due at time of discharge.
